User Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. All users have only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the data provided by NSSDC.

2. Users may not transfer, with or without compensation, data obtained from NSSDC, including new data resulting from unit conversions, media conversions or measurement transformations performed by users.

3. Users may not directly distribute the data they obtain from NSSDC outside, or use it as part of databases, products and services that are distributed outside or for external use, or indirectly as the basis for generating them.

4. Users must indicate the source of the data in all results generated using the data and should submit a copy of the results to NSSDC for archival purposes.

Liability for breach of contract

Once the data use application is approved, it is deemed that the user agrees to the above guarantee terms. In the event of any breach of contract by the user, NSSDC may, depending on the severity of the case, order the user to correct the situation within a certain period of time, give a warning, stop providing data services to the user, and inform the user's unit. In case of serious violation or violation of law, the user will be pursued according to the corresponding national laws and regulations.
